Born in Rijeka, Croatia, Filip became acquainted with analog photography from an early age. At the age of 16, he buys his first digital camera and begins displaying black-and-white photographs at solo and group exhibitions across the region. He enrolled at the Faculty of Architecture in Ljubljana, but his love for photography prevailed and he decided to follow his dreams. As Koludrović’s strong eye for detail began to notice the scale and possibilities of photography, especially portraits, he turned to fashion photography. The first job that opened the door to the fashion industry was Fashion Week Zagreb in 2014.
At the age of 18, he organized the first large solo exhibition in the then abandoned engine factory Rikard Benčić, in which he managed to combine performance, music and photography, and secured a safe place among the new, young faces of Croatian art. The moment that reminded Koludrović how far he had come was the publication of his photos in Vogue magazine in August 2018. For the next few years, he collaborated intensively with leading fashion magazines and made contact with designers such as Donatella Versace, Giorgo Armani and Jeremy Scott. He photographed portraits of many celebrities. After a career between Amsterdam, Milan, Stockholm, Manila, Portugal and Dubai, he is stationed in London where he lives and works.
He also tried working in the area of interior design, oil painting on canvas and sculpture, but photography remains a major part of his life where he continues to improve by working for VOGUE, GQ, Harper’s Bazaar, ELLE, Numero, L’officiel, Esquire, etc.
